Tang Fang-Yang has been in the business development industry since 2013. Tang started their career as a Marketing Internship at Hilti in 2013, followed by an Internship at Schneider Electric in 2014. In 2015, they joined RecomN Technologies Sdn Bhd as a Business Development and Lead of Partnerships. In 2017, they were a Business Development at Ematic Solutions and Head of Business Development at iMotorbike.com.

Tang Fang-Yang received a Canadian Pre-University from Taylor's University between 2010 and 2012, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Tang then attended Keele University from 2012 to 2015, graduating with a BA (Hons) Business Management & Marketing in the same field of study.
