Anja Nouwen

Anja Nouwen has over a decade of experience in recruitment and administrative roles. Since June 2011, Anja has been with IMPACT Jobs, currently serving as a Recruitment Coach and Recruiter, where duties include coaching new colleagues, determining priorities, and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process to achieve their dream jobs. Prior to this role, Anja worked as an Administrative Assistant at Metalprojects Overpelt NV from August 2007 to June 2011, managing reception, telephony, calculation support, bookkeeping, and general administration. Anja holds a Bachelor's degree in Office Management from Hogeschool PXL, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
