Justin Kelley

Justin Kelley is the CEO of IMPACT Technology Group, a position held since October 2006. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Desktop Support Technician at Salisbury University from May 1999 to December 2001. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Finance, and Computer Science from Salisbury University, specifically from the Perdue School of Business, between 1997 and 2001. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from Parkside High School, obtained from 1993 to 1997.
