Brian Costello, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and operational analytics. Currently serving as an Associate Director, Managing Consultant, and Senior Advisor at Impact Advisors since September 2020, Brian previously held roles at UVA Health as Manager of Operational Analytics & BI from August 2015 to September 2020, and at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in various positions including IT Project Leader and Business Intelligence Developer from February 2009 to July 2015. Brian's career began at PPD as a Compensation Analyst and included roles at New Hanover Regional Medical Center as HR Specialist, Compensation & Recruitment, and at Manpower as a Professional Recruiter. Brian earned an MBA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a BS in Business Management from SUNY Geneseo.
