Activities - We support early-stage (often-tech-enabled) to growth-stage companies on capital raising (equity and debt, from seed stage to Series B typically), venture building, partnerships & other strategic and financial initiatives. We have a strong bias towards innovation, digital transformation and new business models. - We support corporates on growth capital, M&A, debt and business development - We assist investors on deal execution, due-diligence (eg market), portfolio management and exit strategy - We help infrastructure businesses on projects, financial structuring, commercial negotiations and fundraising.
