Jason Bard

Jason Bard currently serves as Director of Operations at Impact Automation, Inc., a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jason was Vice President of Operations at the same company for a brief period in 2021. Jason's extensive experience in operational leadership includes significant roles at Honeywell, where responsibilities included Director of Strategic Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, & Business Development, among other titles, from 2015 to 2021. Prior experience also includes a tenure at United Sortation Solutions as Sr. Project Manager and various roles at Kosan Crisplant from Project Manager to Commissioning Engineer. Early career experience includes work as MHE Service Technician and Estimator at Werres Corporation, as well as service in the US Navy as Aviation Ordnanceman Petty Officer, Weapons MHE Lead. Jason is an alumnus of Saint Leo University and Tidewater Community College.
