Impact Axis builds the human infrastructure for Africa's future of work.
We design and deliver employability systems that translate education into work-ready capability. Through experiential learning programs, workforce readiness training, and talent development partnerships, we prepare young professionals to access meaningful and dignified opportunities.

Since 2021, we have trained over 300 young people across Cameroon, achieving a 3.5x average capability growth and a 9.4 Net Promoter Score. Our alumni have secured positions at leading organizations, won prestigious scholarships including the Mandela Rhodes Foundation award, and launched initiatives impacting thousands.

Our flagship Goodwill Fellowship is a four-month intensive that develops the durable skills employers value—critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and leadership—through hands-on practice, mentorship, and community.

We also partner with corporations, development organizations, and educational institutions to design talent pipelines and deliver workforce readiness training at scale.
