Fouad begun his advertising career back in Beirut in 1993 as an account executive on various accounts such as BMW, Gillette, Gulf Air, Nestle, and many others. Shortly after, he was promoted to account manager. In 1995, he moved to Publicis, and remained there until 2003. He was promoted throughout the years to reach the level of Group Account Director, handling many local and regional businesses. He has also won various awards from Pikasso D’Or to a Phoenix award.
In 2004, he joined BBDO Dubai to handle the Chrysler dealers business regionally along with Barclays Bank, a client for which he won a marketing effectiveness award. He joined FP7 Dubai between 2008 and 2010 as Business Director and managed to have a positive P&L during a tough economical period. In mid-August 2010, he moved back to BDDO as Managing Director of the Kuwait office, managing a 360-degree solution integrated agency, including media, digital, PR and events. In April 2015, he moved back to Dubai as COO of IPN MENA, Impact Plus and MD of Impact BBDO Abu Dhabi.
