Sebastien Gavillet serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Wine & Whisky Expert at Wine Aromas (Le Nez du Vin) since January 2003, overseeing business operations, product development, and marketing strategies tailored to enhance the Le Nez product line. Gavillet also holds dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Tasting Panel for the International Whisky Competition, where efforts include elevating competition standards and developing a comprehensive tasting methodology. With extensive consulting experience in the wine and spirits industry, Gavillet advises industry professionals and has coauthored multiple editions of the International Whisky Guide.
