Katy Bigalke

Katy Bigalke (neè Ocker) is an experienced professional in the field of education and people operations. Currently serving as People Operations Manager and Employee Onboarding Specialist at impact.com since April 2022, Katy has previously held positions such as Learning Experience and Training Lead at Opennetworks (Pty) Ltd and LearningDesign from January 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of 22 freelance trainers and coordinating training schedules.
