Kelly Wilson

Kelly Wilson is an experienced Talent Development Manager currently at impact.com since June 2025, and also serves as Talent and Development Manager for PageGroup since August 2019. Previous roles include Senior Talent Manager focused on global leadership at PageGroup, as well as Head of Learning and Development for London at Countrywide Plc, where management of a team of nine and oversight of training for approximately 3,000 staff were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Kelly excelled at Hamptons International as Senior Training and Development Consultant, contributing to award-winning training programs and managing various training initiatives. Kelly holds an MSc in Human Resources and Employment Law from Brunel University of London, along with qualifications in training and social science from Kingston College and Kingston University.
