A passionate idea maker, Kalpana brings a jolt of energy and professionalism to every job she tackles. She brings with her 12 years of valuable working experience in HRD Ministry, Govt. of India wherein she was associated with population dev. program in Rural areas. In addition to her hard-charging drive to make brands look good, Kalpana possesses a well-honed radar that zeroes in on the big idea. Apart from heading Impact’s planning and Strategy division since last 10 years, Kalpana is also visiting faculty of many reputed B-schools.
