Tanya O'shea

Tanya O'Shea has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Managing Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at IMPACT Community Services Bundaberg since November 2007, following a tenure as Senior Operations Manager from 1999 to 2007. Prior to this, Tanya O'Shea was Operations Manager at Westpac from 1988 to 1999. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Honours), a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management, and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Practice from CQUniversity and Griffith University, respectively. Recently, Tanya O'Shea completed a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Australian College of Applied Professions.
