Jonathan Cage

Jonathan Cage has a extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Jonathan is currently the Director of Business Development at ICPG since May 2019. Prior to this, Cage worked at Spartech Plastics from 2002 to 2019, holding various roles such as Senior Product Manager, Senior Manager of Market & Business Development, Senior Industry Manager, and Commercial Excellence. In these roles, they were responsible for driving growth, managing national accounts, implementing Lean Six Sigma principles, and developing sustainable packaging solutions. Before Spartech Plastics, Cage held positions at Map Systems, Anchor Packaging, Alltrista Plastic Packaging, Rampart Packaging (now Printpack Corporation), Polypac Inc, and Bemis Company, Inc, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, and management.

Jonathan Cage obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Marketing from Ball State University - Miller College of Business, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Fontbonne University, completing their studies from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Cage also obtained the certification of LSS Master Black Belt from PolyOne in April 2014.
