Matthew Dale

Matthew Dale has a diverse work experience ranging from senior roles in development management to consulting and project engineering. Matthew began their career as a Consultant at CGI-AMS in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Senior Project Engineer at Holder Construction Company from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers. In 2013, they joined Branch Properties, LLC as a Development Manager and later that year, they also started working at Impact Development Management, LLC as a Senior Director. Over time, they progressed to the roles of Vice President and Executive Vice President at Impact Development Management. Their most recent position is Executive Vice President, which they assumed in August 2019.

Matthew Dale attended Vanderbilt University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. Matthew also holds a LEED A.P. certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
