Beto Dantas has extensive work experience in various leadership and executive roles. Beto is currently the President and CEO of Impact Electronic Solutions since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Consolidated Metco as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer from 2019 to 2023, and as the Vice President of Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation from 2015 to 2019. Before joining Consolidated Metco, they held multiple vice president positions at Flextronics from 2005 to 2015, including Vice President of Innovation and New Ventures, Lab IX and strategic partnerships, Vice President of Strategic Business Solutions, and Vice President of Business Development. Beto also worked at Multek, a Flextronics company, as the Vice President of Business Development from 2005 to 2010. Prior to their tenure at Flextronics, they served as the Regional Sales Manager at Hallmark Circuits from 2000 to 2005 and held various roles at Merix Corporation, including Account Manager, Field Applications Engineer, and Chemical Process Engineer from 1995 to 2000.
Beto Dantas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University. Beto also attended the I-Mentor Boot Camp at the University of Notre Dame.
