Taj James

Senior Advisor at Impact Finance Center

Taj James is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and social impact. As the cofounder of The Good Life Pledge since January 2020, Taj also serves as a partner at Full Spectrum Capital Partners and curator at Full Spectrum Labs, roles held since October 2019. Taj has been the founder and board president of the Movement Strategy Center since January 2000 and a senior advisor at Impact Finance Center since January 2019. Additionally, Taj has served as a board director at The Engage Network since 2007 and was board co-chair at the Funders Collaborative on Youth Organizing from 2010 to 2012. Previous co-founding roles include the California Fund for Youth Organizing (2005-2008) and Generational Alliance (2005-2006), as well as serving as the director of youth policy at Coleman Advocates for Children and Youth from 1995 to 2000. Taj holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University earned between 1991 and 1995.
