In the spring of 2021, AI Fire was acquired by TruArc (fka Snow Phipps) with the stated goal of further expanding Impact Fire’s national presence. Today Impact Fire maintains 30+ districts across Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Vermont.
