Jo Appleby

Jo Appleby serves as the Head of Sustainable Innovation at Impact since September 2004, leading the company's ESG strategy and achieving a Gold rating from EcoVadis. As the main contact for the UNGC, Jo co-designs and facilitates workshops and programs related to Global Goals, while also designing and delivering various learning programs. Previously, Jo held the position of Community Action Learning Specialist, where Jo developed the Community Action Learning methodology. Jo's experience dates back to Impact International from August 1997 to June 2003, where roles included Eclipse Global Events Manager, responsible for establishing Eclipse Japan, and Technical Support, managing logistics and safety for development programs globally. Educational background includes studies at Harrow College.
