Kathyann Waple

Kathyann Waple is an experienced professional in digital transformation and account management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation and Key Account Director at Impact since April 2006. In this role, Kathyann manages comprehensive relationships with one of Impact's Key Global Accounts, focusing on consulting with clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet learning outcomes and business goals. Prior to Impact, Kathyann held various positions at Vision Development Training from August 1997 to March 2006, including Account Director, Senior Business Development Executive, and Head of Sales and Marketing. Kathyann holds an educational background from the University of Lancashire.
