Lou McDonald is the current Head of Marketing for UK operations at Impact. Lou has over 20 years of experience in marketing, including nearly a decade in management positions. Prior to joining the team at Impact, Lou was with Cumbria Tourism for almost nine years, eventually serving as Marketing Manager. Lou has also held marketing positions with the Westmorland Gazette and Previous Company. In their current role, Lou is responsible for leading the marketing strategy for the UK market and overseeing a team of marketing professionals.
Lou McDonald has a BA Hons in Modern Languages from The Manchester Metropolitan University, with a focus in French and Spanish. Lou also has certification from Freeformers in the Digital Leadership Accelerator.
