Wendy Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client service and operations, having served as Global Lead at Impact since March 2006. Wendy has held various leadership roles at Impact, including General Manager for Singapore and Vice President of Program and Operations. Prior to joining Impact, Wendy worked as a Facilitator/Instructor at Outward Bound from 2003 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a BA in Environmental Earth Sciences, Psychology, and Education from Dartmouth College, an MA in Child Development from Tufts University, and an MSW in Child and Family Services from Columbia University. Wendy's educational journey began at Vero Beach Senior High School, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1994.
