Jesse Jay Moore

Jay brings more than 20 years of strategic experience in various roles with and within start-ups, financial services, and venture capital.

Jay has served as Managing Director of Romherst Capital, a strategic advisory and capital-raising firm for start-ups. Prior to that, Jay worked with Santander Global, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bank of America in various executive or strategic roles.

Jay’s unique strategic experience within diversified financial services, technology, and venture capital provides an across-the-board strategic knowledge base to help position and work with Impact Labs to put it in a dominant position within its industry and among its peers

He studied the University of Michigan and holds MBA • Amherst College: Economics and Psychology.
