Matt Fenton

Matt Fenton has a diverse work experience. Matt began their career at Real Travel Limited, where they worked as a Senior Management for four years and successfully built the company from scratch, leading to its acquisition by TUI Travel PLC. Following this, they joined TUI Travel PLC as the Head of Product and Commercial, and later transitioned to the role of Head of Commercial Operations. In this position, they oversaw the strategic restructuring of multiple businesses and implemented various initiatives to drive growth and improve performance. Matt then moved on to become a Non Executive Director at Impact Marathon, a B-Corp company that organizes marathons in developing countries to raise funds for local communities. Matt also held the same role at Three Peaks Africa, a company offering unique mountain expeditions across Africa. Currently, Matt is the CEO of Inspired Ventures Limited, a position they have held since October 2016.

Matt Fenton completed their Master's Degree in Geology from the University of Southampton from 1999 to 2003. Before that, their education history is unknown as there is no information provided about their time at the Beacon School.
