Steve Taczala

Steve Taczala is an experienced technology executive with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within the IT and services industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Services at Electric since March 2022, Taczala previously held senior positions at Sungard Availability Services, overseeing global service operations and dedicated customer operations. Additional experience includes roles at Empereon Marketing, Synoptek, Critigen, and Infocrossing, where Taczala led initiatives in service delivery, client services, and network operations. Taczala's expertise encompasses IT management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning, making significant contributions to each organization through the enhancement of service availability, customer satisfaction, and the integration of service delivery processes. Education was pursued at Ohlone College from 1985 to 1987.
