Deborah I. Fine

President of Global Impact at Impact NRS

Deborah is an experienced CEO who has led 6 diverse businesses to record growth and profit in both public and private companies such as NBC, Avon and Condé Nast, ranging from start up to $1 billion in revenue. At Condé Nast Fine ran two of the largest media businesses with $350 million in revenue, reaching 50 million consumers monthly across all global platforms.

Her experience in health, wellness and related sectors intersects with her leadership, advisory and board roles in both early stage and mature businesses. She has served in multiple board and advisors roles with significant experience in the health and wellness sectors including the Northwestern Mutual Policy Review Board, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Board and The University of Pennsylvania Diabetes Institute Board. She is also an Executive Committee Member of Harvard’s Women and Public Policy Board.

Since Global Impact is the guiding principal for NRS innovations, Fine manages NRS’s offerings to ensure that substantive and quantifiable impact are always core outcomes for all products and services marketed to key stakeholders.

Fine received her BS from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with cum laude distinction.
