Michelle M. is an experienced professional with a robust background in evaluation, learning, and governance across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Programme Evaluation at Impact on Urban Health since September 2024 and as a Founding Trustee at the London College of Political Technology from April 2024, Michelle M. also offers advisory support at Luminate and holds board member positions at The Politics Project and The Centre for Democracy. Previously, Michelle M. had a notable tenure as Global Head of Impact and Learning at ClientEarth and as Principal Consultant for Evaluation and Learning at NPC, alongside roles as a Senior Research Officer at The Electoral Commission and Defence Industry Lead at Transparency International UK. Michelle M. began the career at IntoUniversity as a Policy Officer, building a diverse skill set in research, policy, and program evaluation.
