Jennifer Lauderback

Jennifer Lauderback has over 35 years of experience in the plastics industry. Jennifer started their career at Eastman Chemical Company in 1988, where they served as a Sr. Technical Service Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for troubleshooting polymer processes and conducting research on packaging. Jennifer presented papers at industry conferences and initiated application development projects for new customers.

In 2006, Jennifer joined Placon Corporation as a Senior Account Manager - Medical Packaging. Jennifer serviced and grew existing national medical OEM accounts and actively acquired new customers. Jennifer utilized their technical knowledge and experience in plastics to assist packaging engineers in material selection and package design decisions.

Jennifer then moved to Brentwood Industries, Inc. in 2008, where they worked as a Business Development Manager. Jennifer managed and increased a medical thermoformed packaging business at existing OEM accounts and aggressively pursued new projects and business with strategic medical manufacturers. Their technical expertise was invaluable in assisting packaging engineers with material selection and package design decisions.

Currently, Jennifer is employed at Impact Plastics Group as the Director of Business Development for Medical Packaging. Jennifer started this position in 2023 and their responsibilities in this role are not yet specified.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated expertise in the plastics industry, particularly in the field of medical packaging. Jennifer has a proven track record of successfully servicing customers, acquiring new business, and providing technical support in material selection and package design.

Jennifer Lauderback graduated from Virginia Tech in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
