Tim's career began with a Technical Aide position at 3M, focused on solid-state lighting prototypes, followed by a role as a Student Energy Engineer at the University of Minnesota, which involved analyzing HVAC systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Master Electrician License.
