Rafael del Castillo

Rafael del Castillo (Gonzalez) currently serves as Principal Partner at Copper Strategic, Interim Executive Director at KIDS DISCOVERY MUSEUM, and Visiting Assistant Professor at Pacific Lutheran University for the 2024-25 academic year. Additionally, Rafael holds a Board Member position at Impact Public Schools and is an Advisor for The Institute for Social and Emotional Learning. Previously, Rafael was Executive Director of Rainier Scholars, Head of School at Bertschi School, and Head of School at Seattle Girls' School, where significant accomplishments included strategic planning and organizational transitions.
