Bert Ruiz

Bert Ruiz, M.S. is currently the Managing Director at Impact Search Advisors by Nonprofit HR. Prior to this role, Bert held positions at Nonprofit HR, DBD Group, YMCA of the USA, and YMCA of Greater Houston, where Bert gained extensive experience in executive search, program management, and leadership. Bert holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Houston.
