Paul Marcus is the current Director of Impact Loan Fund at Impact, a position they have held since December 2010. Prior to their current role, Paul served as Vice President at Citizens Bank from January 2005 to December 2010 where they were a Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate focused on community development finance, affordable housing, and economic development projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. In addition, Paul has also served as a board member at Community Design Collaborative from January 2005 to December 2012, providing pro bono design services to non-profit community development organizations. Prior to that, they were with Marcus Reinvestment Strategies, LLC and LISC, where they served as program officer from January 2000 to December 2004. Paul's career started at Friends Rehabilitation Program, Inc. where they were Project Manager from January 1995 to December 2000, managing real estate development activities including single family and multi-family affordable housing development in Philadelphia.
Paul Marcus graduated with a ba in Sociology from Middlebury College and then went on to penn charter for their schooling.
Paul Marcus reports to Casey O’Donnell, CEO. They work with Pati Codina - Director of Community Development, Charles Jameson - Director of PA CareerLink Northwest Philadelphia, and Nestor Torres - Director of Operations & Strategy.
