Sean Morris has been working in the industry since 2001. Sean began their career as Manager of Crisis Services at Lakeview Hospital, where they were responsible for staff supervision, scheduling, performance evaluations, payroll, interviewing, hiring, and termination. Sean also trained hospital staff on customer service initiative. In 2006, they moved to Blomquist Hale Employee Assistance as CEO, where they oversaw all aspects of Blomquist Hale Consulting. Sean worked to achieve high levels of performance through implementation meetings, program development, creating policy and procedures, managing a budget, and anticipating and identifying issues and opportunities. Sean also built relationships and networked with both business, human resource, and community leaders to deliver an exceptional product and service that meets their individual and organizational needs. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Impact Suite as Executive Vice President.

Sean Morris holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from The University of Southern Mississippi, which they obtained between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Weber State University between 1992 and 1997. Sean also holds certifications as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) from the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), obtained in December 2022, a Disaster Response Crisis Counselor from the Utah Department of Human Services, obtained in July 2021, a Marriage and Family Therapist from the State of Utah, obtained in August 2003, and a Substance Abuse Professional from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
