Paula Gorman

Paula Gorman is an experienced professional in operational excellence, digital transformation, and project management. As the Owner of Lift Group since January 2022, Paula provides consulting services while also serving as a Founding Member of Impact Table, a community that connects women mission-driven leaders. At WorkBoard Inc., from November 2021 to February 2023, Paula held the roles of Director of Implementation and Director of Customer Success - West, where responsibilities included building the implementation team and overseeing customer success operations. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Formation, Plenty, Fellow AI, Lexicon Branding, UBMobile, and Egon Zehnder, where Paula managed customer success teams, handled global go-to-market launches, and led deployment and operations efforts. Paula holds a BA in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of San Francisco.
