Tyler Borden is an Information Technology Support Analyst at IMPACT Technology Recruiting since January 2020, specializing in managing technology interactions through the ServiceNow ticketing system and delivering high levels of customer service via various communication methods. Previously, Tyler gained experience as a student at Creating IT Futures and worked as a Cable Technician at ECD Systems Arizona, where responsibilities included installing and diagnosing network cables and configuring access control and camera servers for short-term contracts. Tyler pursued education at Glendale Community College in 2011.
