Prior to this role, Rich was the EVP and Head of Global Business Development at GameCo LLC, where they created gaming products and experiences for digital and retail casinos. Rich also held the position of Partner / Chief Marketing Officer at Big Tent Entertainment, managing a portfolio of renowned brands and overseeing brand development, licensed partnerships, marketing, and more. Before that, Rich was the Chief Marketing Officer at Golden Books Family Ent, contributing to a significant EBITDA turnaround and the subsequent sale of the company. Rich began their career at Unilever, where they held various positions including National Director of Customer Management and Information Services. Throughout their career, Rich has demonstrated cross-functional expertise in sales, marketing, market research, and information technology.

Rich Maryyanek obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bryant University. In 2023, they also obtained a certification called "Career Essentials in Generative AI" from Microsoft and LinkedIn.
