Additionally, Daniel has been a Board Member at ACKRELL SPAC PARTNERS I CO. since November 2020 and the Chief Legal Counsel at Alygne, Inc. since March 2019. Since 2004, Daniel has practiced law at Silicon Valley Wealth Law, specializing in business and estate planning issues. Daniel received a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law between 1992 and 1995.
