Chad Helmer

Chad Helmer is a seasoned operations and account management professional with significant experience in the experiential marketing industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Impact XM since May 2021, Chad has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Account Manager at ASTOUND Group from September 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, Chad was with Impact XM in multiple capacities from March 2014 to September 2019, including Vice President of Account Management and Vice President of Operations. Chad's career began at Aura XM as Director of Client Services and includes previous positions at Astound Group and Anderson DDB as Account Manager and Account Executive, respectively. Chad holds an education from Durham College, completed between 1998 and 2001.
