Kevin Padden

Kevin Padden has over 40 years of work experience, with a focus on creative development, meeting and communication strategies, and producing. Kevin is currently the Executive Creative Director at Impact XM, where they lead creative development for live events and trade show activations. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Meeting and Communication Strategies at Impact XM and Director of Creative Communications at Impact Unlimited. Kevin also founded Padden & Associates, where they served as President for 14 years. Earlier in their career, they worked as a producer at Caribiner and Caribiner International, as well as at Sperry Corporation.

Kevin Padden attended BEHS! for an unspecified period of time. Kevin then went on to study Communications & Theater at Temple University, where they earned a BS degree.
