Meg Connor

Vice President, Strategic Accounts at Impact XM

Meg Connor has over 30 years of experience in event marketing and brand experience consulting. Meg is currently the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Impact XM, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, Meg worked as an Integrated Marketing Consultant at eKitabu from September 2013, where they were a member of the leadership team for an ed tech startup focusing on delivering digital content to African countries.

From April 2019 to December 2020, Meg served as an Event Marketing & Brand Experience Consultant at Freeman Company, where they worked on strategic event planning practices and brand impact for clients in healthcare, education tech, and consumer goods industries.

Meg also has extensive experience working with global clients. From 1997 to 2007, they held the position of Senior Account Director at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, where they were the chief agency liaison to IBM and managed a team to create global event strategies. Meg also worked as an Account Director at Exhibitgroup Giltspur from 1990 to 1997, overseeing the strategy and execution of events for million-dollar accounts in the healthcare and biotech industry.

Before their roles in event marketing, Meg worked as an Operations Manager at DENBY ASSOCIATES LIMITED from 1988 to 1990.

Meg Connor earned a Dual Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Rutgers University, with a focus on Business/Marketing Management and History. Meg also completed a minor in French.
