Scott Dzierzanowski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Scott is currently working as the Executive Creative Director at Impact XM since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Creative Director at Impact XM from January 2023 to January 2024. Scott also gained experience as a Creative Director at SALT XC, where they worked in-house for Kraft Heinz's internal agency, The Kitchen, from December 2020 to January 2023.

Scott also served as a Senior Account Manager at socialkaty, LLC from November 2011 to August 2012, where they oversaw creative and strategic direction for clients and executed social media marketing campaigns.
Scott's experience also includes working as an Event Coordinator at Red Frog Events from May 2011 to August 2011, where they planned and executed Warrior Dash Races and conducted online marketing to promote events. Additionally, they held leadership positions as the President, Vice President, and Chapter Founder at the Nu-Iota chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity from August 2007 to December 2009, overseeing all internal and external operations of the chapter.
