José Balça

José Balça is a partner and managing director for Portugal at IMPACT Commerce, following the merger with Improove where José served as COO and head of Improove Portugal. With experience in backend development and integration in e-commerce projects, José has a strong background in system modernization and integration from previous roles at Serpa Municipality and Novabase. Starting their career as a junior web developer, José has a MSc and BSc in Computer Science from Universidade de Coimbra.
