Martin Rytter Schmidt is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in customer experience and strategic design. Currently serving as CX Director at IMPACT Commerce, Martin has also taken on the role of Experience Manager. With a notable background as Design Manager at Hesehus A/S, Martin led a team in creating award-winning omnichannel shopping experiences. As an external examiner and lecturer in design disciplines for various institutions in Denmark, Martin contributes to the education and development of future designers.
