Lee Joo Chuen is an experienced professional in fraud governance and engineering, currently serving as the Fraud Policy Manager for TikTok's Local Service since January 2025. Prior to this, Lee worked at Shopee from July 2021 to September 2025, overseeing fraud risk management for payment processes and consumer return/refund policies, and launching protective measures against various payment fraud schemes. Lee's engineering background includes significant roles at Kulicke & Soffa, where productivity improvements and cost reductions were achieved through innovative manufacturing processes, and experience at Singapore University of Technology and Design, focusing on cross-disciplinary projects in engineering.
