Sofie has experience working in various HR roles at companies such as IMPACT Commerce, Ocean S.A., KPMG Denmark, People Test Systems A/S, SirrahGroup, Region Hovedstaden, and Nordea. Sofie has been involved in tasks related to talent development, employee lifecycle, employer branding, recruitment, leadership development, and more. Sofie is currently working as the Manager of People & Culture at IMPACT Commerce, where Sofie aims to make it the best digital agency in Europe within the E-commerce space.
