Russell Hobby CBE is a prominent leader in the education sector, currently serving as a CEO at Teach First and a Member of the External Reference Group for Curriculum and Assessment at Ofsted. With a strong background in governance, Russell holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and ImpactEd, and serves as a Member of the Education Committee at The Royal Society. As a trustee of the Fair Education Alliance and a UK Trustee for the Teach for All Network, Russell actively contributes to educational equity. Additionally, Russell is a member of the Advisory Board for the Education Policy Institute and has previously served on the Advisory Board of the Education Endowment Foundation.
