Lawrence Chau

Lawrence Chau is a QA Leader and Head of the Consultancy Business Unit at Impactiva, where they have worked since 2015. With over 15 years of experience in consumer electronics, toys, and consultancy, they focus on quality and operations management. Previously, Lawrence held senior roles in various organizations, including Vice President of TQM and Global Quality Head, where they developed effective regulation compliance systems and enhanced product quality. Lawrence is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an ISO9001 and ISO14001 lead auditor, with a solid educational background including an MBA from The University of Hull and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Production Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University.
