Shane Bass

Shane Bass has extensive experience in medical education and related fields, currently serving as the Director of Medical Education at ImpactOrtho since January 1997, where responsibilities include curriculum development, medical illustration, and eLearning program development. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of Director of Medical Education at Sports Tek Medical/The San Diego Forum/The Pacific Forum from 1996 to October 2021, focusing on administrative decision-making and coordination of physician services. Shane also worked in medical sales at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy from 1997 to 2010.
