George C. Dolatly

George C. Dolatly is the Co-Founder and President of ImpactWayv, and a member of its Board of Directors. He is also a Managing Director and the General Counsel of GCA Capital Group, a business development, financial and legal services advisory firm in New York. Mr. Dolatly has over 25 years of experience in structuring, negotiating and executing complex business transactions. He specializes in private equity and venture capital transactions, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance transactions, and corporate governance matters.

As a transactional attorney in private practice, most recently as a partner with Norton Rose Fulbright LLP and Baker Hostetler LLP, Mr. Dolatly has provided strategic legal and business advice to clients in numerous industries, including healthcare, technology, financial services, infrastructure, public-private partnerships, real estate, telecommunications, gaming, hospitality, leisure, media and entertainment, insurance, manufacturing, retail and publishing. His clients have included Warburg Pincus, UBS, Morgan Stanley, The E.W. Scripps Company, WPP Group plc, Zurich Financial Services, Tailwind Capital Partners, Radius Ventures, the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), the Nasdaq National Market, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, EPR Properties, The Topps Company, Falconhead Capital, Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group and Vera Wang Global Retail. He has advised on transactions ranging in value from several million dollars to over $20 billion. His international experience includes transactions throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Dolatly received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1993, and his A.B., cum laude, in Economics from Princeton University in 1990. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
