Baptiste holds a partnership role at Constellation Group since February 2016, where responsibilities have included serving as DAF & Chief Value Officer and Head of Business Control. Prior experience includes a position as Responsable Administratif et Financier at Intrinsec from June 2014 to March 2016, and a role as Consultant Accounting Compliance and Reporting at Ernst & Young from August 2012 to June 2014. Baptiste began in finance as a Contrôleur de gestion (alternance) at Rockwool France from May 2010 to October 2011. Baptiste holds a Master 2 degree in CCA (Comptabilité - Contrôle - Audit) from IAE Clermont Ferrand, obtained in 2011.
